This Customer Complaint Film should win an Oscar

If you have gripe with a major motor manufacturer, in this case Audi, it pays to make your point with as much good humour and style as possible, rather like Peter Boswell has. Using the hashtag #AudiBrokeMyAudi he relates the story of just what happened when his dealer bought Audi started to play up. Like any customer he is after answers and a solution.
