Prime Video has greenlit a brand-new special episode following on from the belovedClarkson’s Farm franchise, titled Jeremy Grows a Car: A Clarkson’s Farm Special. This stand-alone episode will see Jeremy go back to his automotive roots to undertake a world first: growing and building his very own car from produce grown at his Diddly Squat Farm.**

During his tenure as one of the country’s most famous farmers, Jeremy Clarkson has tried to grow it all: wheat and barley, potatoes and mushrooms, even wasabi. But never before has he tried to grow something this ambitious. In fact, no one has. Growing a car is not for the faint-hearted.

Frustrated by modern motoring’s endless beeps, bongs and nanny-state technology, Jeremy has decided that if he wants a “new” car, he won’t buy one – he’ll build one. The base for his grand plan is the Jaguar F-Type V6S, a car he believes represents the sweet spot between analogue driving thrill and modern practicality. But this is no ordinary restoration job. Alongside his very own Diddly leather interior and wool carpets, Jeremy will attempt to grow a crop of flax fibre and turn it into a revolutionary flax-composite – a sustainable alternative to carbon fibre already catching the attention of major car marques.

With the help of legendary car designer Ian Callum CBE, founder of design and engineering firm CALLUM, the man who penned the original F-Type and the Aston Martin Vanquish, Jeremy’s redesigned Jaguar will feature everything he believes the iconic British brand should stand for: style, luxury and performance.

Jeremy Grows a Car: A Clarkson’s Farm Special is produced by Expectation. Executive Producers are Andy Wilman, Peter Fincham, Zoe Brewer. The one-off special will be available exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide next year. Series 5 of Clarkson’s Farm launched earlier this year, series 6 will launch in 2027.
