Man drives into Houston Texas floodwater because he didn’t see it then has to be rescued by a slightly narked TV news reporter Steve Campion. There does seem like a very real possibility that the chap could drown as he had no clue what to do. Let this be a lesson to us all. Don’t drive into a river.
