The survey also found that Father’s Day is the seasonal occasion when consumers are most likely to purchase a car care gift. In fact, nearly half (44%) of respondents would consider gifting car care products to mark Father’s Day, compared to a third (32%) at Christmas.
The researchers explored the likelihood of purchasing an Autoglym gift kit now versus the same point last year. When asked, “How likely are you to consider purchasing Autoglym as a gift for someone else?” 87% of people say they are ‘more likely’ or ‘just as likely’ than they would in 2025.
