Any film with Mark Walhberg, Kurt Russell and Kate Hudson has to be worth watching. Oh yes John Malkovich, his intensity is rarely misplaced. Action films are rarely based on true events or make a point. THis does both. On April 20th, 2010, one of the world’s largest man-made disasters occurred on the Deepwater Horizon

No cars, horses and carts, but an awful lot of guns. Denzel is always watchable and Chris Pratt is a laugh, so the ingredients are all there. Be interesting to see if it is as good as the Steve McQueen original and find out how many of the seven make it to the possible sequel.

Here is our boneheaded, action, morally bankrupt film for the weekend. We also love anything Jonah Hill is in. Not only that, as well as tanks, there are cars in this and Porsche 911s with complimentary reg numbers GUNS and AMMO raise a smile. The story is this… …two friends in their early 20s (Hill

We’ve seen the Purge films and we enjoy the thinking cinema goer’s dystopian vision of a night out gone wrong. OK, it isn’t exactly that, but this delivers high octane scares with at least one one major ‘jump’ every few minutes. Expanding the universe introduced in the hit franchise that electrified the culture and earned
