Imagine riding in Central Park alongside the Mad Hatter or Alice or the Queen of Hearts. The impossible happened in New York thanks to the “The Mad Hatter’s Ride”, promoted by Pirelli on the day of the launch of its 2018 Calendar by Tim Walker and inspired by “The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland”.

It gave cyclists the chance to ride side-by-side with a dozen riders dressed up as the characters imagined by Lewis Carroll. The original initiative was born to share the launch of the calendar with New York and to celebrate Pirelli’s return this year to the bicycle tyre business with its P Zero Velo tyres.
